WHAT?

The Girls' Brigade is a Christian youth organisation for girls of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. A varied programme of fun activities is offered, designed to educate, challenge and inspire young girls in a safe environment of Christian teaching. The programme is split into 4 main areas: Spiritual,   Physical,   Educational,   Service

WHERE?

Girls' Brigade is an international, interdenominational organisation and in Northern Ireland there are around 300 GB Companies, operated by local churches or missions.

WHEN?

Companies meet outside school hours, offering young people an escape from the pressures of their everyday world. There are over 20,000 girls currently attending Girls' Brigade in Northern Ireland for friendship, fun and activity.

In Kilmakee the Girls Brigade currently meets on a Monday night and can be attended by girls aged 3+.  The company is led by the captain, Audrey Godfrey and her team of officers. For more information please don't hesitate to contact any of the officers, which you can do through the Rev Tom Wilson.
